Customers’ Reviews

4.1. KaChava

I really like KaChava supplements. I mixed it with a banana and vanilla almond milk, keeping me full for hours. I highly recommend KaChava to anyone seeking a quick, convenient, nutritious meal replacement shake.

The KaChava supplement tastes so good and is the best protein powder and shake I have tried in the past. I made a shake for my sister, and she said this tasted super great. Moreover, I feel like I have more energy and frequent solid poops, and this product somehow tricks my mind into thinking I am drinking a chocolate milkshake when I crave sweets. You need to try many recipes to find the suitable one. I use 1 to 1.5 scoops, 8 to 9 oz cold water and 1 frozen banana, which is awesome. I wish it were not so expensive; however, for the ingredient quality and the fact that I got my life back without worrying about diarrhea, I am willing to reorder KaChava products, as these are worth every penny!

I have ordered KaChava chocolate and am very satisfied with the supplements. I own large and small cup shake mixers, and the shakes are mixed up without any issue using the less powerful, smaller mixer no matter what I use with it (dairy milk, water, combination mix, etc.). However, the chocolate can sometimes be a bit heavy on my stomach, primarily due to my upper GI sensitivity and slight acid reflux to heavy chocolate. However, as long as I managed the reflux, primarily through yoga and diet changes, these experiences were relatively limited. I am ordering KaChava vanilla next, and I hope my GI problems will be less affected. I continue to use KaChava products and try new flavors because of the benefits for my body’s wellness. It helps me better morning energy, slow down my cravings, and drop around 10 pounds in the past 3 months.

I do not often write reviews; however, KaChava deserves a good review. I am so picky about what I take into my body daily. I purchased one KaChava bag, and after using it, I decided to have it every morning instead of making breakfast. The KaChava product is quick, easy to use, delicious, and fills me up till lunch.

Although KaChava is quite high priced, it is worth every penny! I used one shake and was not hungry all day. Sometimes, I blended a cup of blueberries with KaChava, which tasted so good. I highly recommend KaChava to everybody!

4.2. Pure Food

Here are some of Pure Food’s customer reviews, as follows:

5Expert Score
Kathy Durch

I use Pure Food powder for my morning energy increase. I add half a cup of ice, and a banana, one or two scoops of powder; sometimes, I use coffee instead of water. One day, I added chia seeds and placed my smoothie in the fridge to chill. My drink tasted like a thick and tasty chocolate milkshake when I took it out. Pure Food keeps me energized and full all morning. I recommend this supplement to everyone!

It has better flavor than most fillings. However, it is still overpriced.

After all the hype, I was a bit disappointed. Advertised as a “meal replacement”, I sought it reduced my appetite temporarily; however, it definitely was not as long as I expected. It has great value in adding nutrition to your day, and I wouldn’t recommend using it as a meal.

I just mix Pure Food with water; it tastes ok but not super good. I have done half almond milk and half ice with a spoonful of almond butter. These make my drink tastes like a chocolate shake, and it helps reduce your hunger. I have it for breakfast and feel full with a small lunch until dinner.

5Expert Score
Hunter

PureFood tastes are great; not too sweet at all. My only complaint is that this product is only 240 calories per bag, and I think it should be double that for the same price.
