The taste is fine. I guarantee it. A decent blender, such as the Ninja, is essential for making a good shake. The higher the watts, the better since it breaks the ice and smoothes it. Adding bananas and peanut butter improves the smoothness and texture. You need a Ninja blender, not a full-fledged blender. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. This is superior to Shakeology, which is more expensive for the same amount of service.

This protein supplement outperforms them all since it provides protein and plant-based minerals and reduces my hunger. Not hungry! When I feel like indulging, I add a banana, peanut butter, vanilla almond milk, and ice for a chocolate peanut butter shake. Sugar in almond milk and peanut butter won’t harm you unless you have a peanut allergy. I’ve lost 7–8 pounds in two months. Within the first three weeks of consuming this supplement, I felt constipated. My only explanation is that I wasn’t hydrated enough, given my training regimen and eating habits. I don’t know if others had the same problem, but everything seems perfect today. Try this, and you’ll be healthier.

Wow! Best tasting protein smoothie, powder, etc. I’ve tasted it. My sister, who’s tried Isagenix and other kinds, said, “Mmmmm!!! Wow, it’s delicious! I have increased energy and regular solid poops, which tricks my head into believing I’m eating a chocolate milkshake when I’m craving sweets. It’s worth it.

I bought delicious chocolate. It’s powerful enough to mask other ingredients, but not fruit in a smoothie. Not without a blender. You can stir and shake, but the grain will remain on top. It’s pricey, but I’m saving money by eating less.

I ordered one pack to evaluate if it was worth the high price. It’s awesome. I mix chocolate with milk or coffee. It’s not too sweet, which I appreciate. The ingredient list is excellent, but its price limits its niche market. I’ll order again on subscription and rotate a pack with other goods each month.

I would give negative stars if I could. Don’t fall for it. It tastes bad and is ridiculously expensive. It takes weeks to halt auto-ship. I’ve been experiencing problems with Beachbidy for over a week.

I assumed it would be disgusting and full of artificial ingredients. I was urged to try it given my condition (Multiple Sclerosis). I examined the ingredients and found nothing fake, no soy, and no GMOs, so I tried it. I felt better in a month. It took a few tries to discover a recipe I liked, but I knew our taste buds needed seven days to change.

It did not fill me full, but rather made me hungrier. I’d probably end up gaining weight.

I prefer vegan flavors because they’re dairy-free. My bloat is lessened. I’m not affiliated with Beach Body and don’t care if this sells shakes. I wanted to share my viewpoint to help others. Try it. On eBay, choose a vendor with positive reviews.

I got the vanilla Shakeology since I knew it had a lot of nice stuff in it, and I figured if I was going to have a smoothie, it would be healthy. I can’t stand the taste of it. I’ve tried recipes from Pinterest and elsewhere, but there’s a strong flavor that I can’t seem to mask. I’ll finish the bag because it’s so costly, but I’m not going to buy any more.

Since there are no known side effects from taking these supplements, you can do so confidently. Athletes are more likely to focus on performance than calorie counts. KaChava, thus, has a superior nutritional profile. In KaChava vs Shakeology comparison, KaChava provides more of everything while maintaining the same pricing. Based on advice from WhichChoose, pick one KaChava to test out.
